I do request A $20 dollar non-refundable deposit for lash extensions, waxing, brow laminations and lash lifts services that goes toward your appointment. No deposit= No appointment. The remaining balance will be collected in cash, zelle or apple pay, at the end of appointment. I don’t do venmo or cash app. There is a 15 min late grace period. After that your appointment will be cancel and you will need to reschedule. A no show/text or call the day of appointment will result on losing your $20 Dollar deposit and you wont be able to schedule with me in the future. Deposits are non refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule you can do it by selecting the option in your confirmation text or email. There is a mínimum 24hr in advance cancellation policy, if you cancel the same day of appointment/ last minute your card will be charge 20% of the service/s booked. No exceptions. Please note that lash sets will look different on each person due to differences in their natural lash line and eye shape. I will always have a consultation before the service so i can determine what is best for your lashes. NO EXTRA GUESTS, my studio is small and i don’t have a waiting area, and please wear a mask. Please come in with clean lashes, no mascara, eyeliner, or glue. If you come in with dirty lashes i will have to charge you an extra $20 fee for the extra cleaning process. Please avoid caffeine the day of appointment to avoid shaky eyelids. For after hours and squeeze ins appointments please contact me.
